If for any reason you want to return the purchased product, you can do this within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Please ensure that all returned items are unused, labeled and packaged.

To return an item:

1. Pack the item you want to return, enclose the completed return form and sales receipt (if available).

2. Write to us at info@tikhomirovaapparel.com with the note "Return" and indicate your order number. We will arrange a courier visit to pick up your returnable order.

Please remember that the customer pays for the delivery of returned goods of proper quality to our warehouse.

We pay for the return of the goods of inadequate quality.

3. You will receive your refund within 10 days from the date the returned item arrived at our warehouse.
